[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide supplemental student photography and yearbook and graduation supplies and services.
• Photography:
- Student portrait packages with typical offerings for purchase (8X10, 5X7, 4X6, wallets, etc.)
- Student and Teacher Class pictures
- Individual and Group Staff pictures
- Student picture collages
- Individual and Group portraits and pictures for Prom & Graduation
- Individual and Group portraits and pictures for Athletics, Fine Arts, CTE, Student Clubs and Organizations
- Student, Staff and Visitor I.D. badges
- Individual pictures of students shall be taken in each school with a definite system for identification of pictures
- For students not purchasing a package of pictures, an annual and/or record print must be furnished, and identified with student's name, teacher's name, and grade
- Picture packages are to be delivered to each school, grouped according to teacher and/or homeroom with each student's name clearly marked on the front of the packet
- Provide digital photo and online ordering options
- Flexibility in scheduling school pictures and retake days
• Yearbook:
- Offer personalized pages, design templates, trainings/workshops, meet scheduled deadlines and any other relevant matter pertaining to yearbook publications
- Yearbooks must be inspected for any damage, defects and blemishes prior to delivery and be delivered in a damaged proof container suitable for the weight and size of the order
• Graduation:
- Awards, cords, cap and gown, diploma covers, personalized announcements and other graduation supplies
(2) RFP/RFI/Bid document has not been included. Additional Payment of $5 will be required to pay to obtain the Main RFP document (Apart from RFPMart charges). This notice only refers to contact details of contracting authority.
