(1) Vendor needs to provide checkpoint hardware, software, and maintenance.
-  New Hardware: Maintenance purchased with any new hardware will co-term to February
28th unless otherwise notified by agency. agency reserves the right to not renew maintenance, or select another maintenance option, for said hardware after the maintenance period expires.
- New Software: software application support + upgrade or other maintenance purchased with any software will co-term to February 28th unless otherwise notified by agency. agency reserves the right to not renew software maintenance, or select another maintenance option, for said software after the maintenance period expires.
- Continual Support: checkpoint maintenance services will include all service levels,
including, but not limited to:
•    Checkpoint Premium Support 24 x 7
•    Checkpoint Standard Support
•    Checkpoint Elite Support      
(2) A contract period will be for five years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite and Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
